Looked through old pics of mine.. And I have decided.. I will go on a diet as of tmr.... I will try to change my lifestyle. This is not for anyone but MYSELF.. I'm sick of feel unhealthy.. And I'm not saying I am going to be a work out fanatic.. But I will try to do some brisk walking cos god knows I cannot run/jog for nuts now..
I can soooo imagine my brother going: "OH MY GOD YOU ACTUALLY WANNA GO WORK OUT?? SATU HARI JE." Confirm one.. This is excatly what he will say.
My Goals.
1) To reduce and hopefully stop my snacking habbits.
2) To overcome my fear of sweating.
3) To go for a walk/jog at least 3 days a week.
4) To eat smaller portions.
5) To reduce my tummy.
6) To reduce my ass and hips.
7) To get healthy.
8) To look good in the many sarees I bought today.
I hope I have the motivation and drive I need. WHICH IS ALOT!!!!!
Change Has Come.
